Payment Terms

1. Fees

Your coaching fee and billing frequency (for example, a monthly fee) are agreed with the coach when you start, and confirmed in writing (e.g. by email). Fees are in pounds sterling (GBP).

2. How you pay

Payment is made directly to the coach by the method agreed (for example, bank transfer or standing order). No payments are taken through this platform — the platform only records whether your account is up to date so your coach can manage their books.

3. When payment is due

Fees are payable in advance for each billing period unless otherwise agreed. Your “paid until” date reflects the period you have paid for. Continued coaching depends on fees being kept up to date.

4. Late or missed payment

If payment is not received by the due date, the coach may pause delivery of new plans and coaching until your account is brought up to date. Persistent non-payment may result in coaching being ended under the Coaching Terms.

5. Cancellation & notice

You may cancel coaching at any time by giving 30 days’ notice (or the notice period agreed with your coach). You remain responsible for fees up to the end of your notice period. The coach may also end coaching on reasonable notice.

6. Refunds

Fees already paid for a period that has begun are generally non-refundable, as coaching time and plans are prepared in advance. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact the coach and we will deal with it fairly and in line with your legal rights.

7. Changes to fees

The coach may change fees from time to time, giving you reasonable advance notice. Changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
